There's nothing remarkable in the content of her talk but she has a lovely voice and this is amazing how she keeps it checked. I couldn't make most of the talk. The first one was with a boss or somebody. During the second one she, I presume, has managed some living arrangement (of a client?) and has explained how to get to that place.
